A. William Nicholls the owner of Accountingsource Inc. He is a Chartered Accountant with over 40 years of experience in senior executive roles for small and medium size enterprises in Canada, the UK and the USA. This included serving as President, CFO, and Chief Restructuring Officer for companies in the manufacturing, retail, franchise, wholesale distribution, consulting, real estate, and technology sectors.

Bill’s career has been focused on organizations with significant challenges and opportunities in the areas of start up, operational improvement, purchase/sale, financial management and refinancing, and corporate reorganizations. This included public and private companies ranging in size from just a few employees to hundreds of employees.

In the course of refinancing companies over this career, Bill has worked extensively with commercial and asset based lenders within the Canadian banking system, as well as government lending agencies. This has also included developing unique products and packages that partnered the company with its lender and government.

ALBORNO Consulting is a Management Consulting offering Strategic Advice to Small/Medium enterprises to create value during various business transitions. Clients range from innovative start-ups to established firms capitalizing on market shifts. The firm employs a rigorous framework to ensure both strategic and financial goals are feasible, and achievable, from the outset. Mo draws on a 20+ year career including Investment Management, Corporate Finance, and Strategy Consulting.  He is a CPA, CMA (CPA Ontario) holds the Corporate Finance Qualification (ICAEW) Earned his B. Comm from The Rotman School at the University of Toronto and his MBA from the Smith School of Business at Queen’s University.

GRMA is a management consultant advising Canadian companies on risk mitigation strategies and financing for their goods and services exports.  As principal consultant, Chris has two decades of experience at Export Development Canada designing and implementing risk-reducing and financing structures for mid-large exporters in Ontario. Clients range from start-ups, often holding proprietary IP, particularly in Cleantech sector, to true mid-market firms wanting to take their revenues and earnings to the next level. He maintains strong relationships with bank and non-bank financing sources, developed in his private and public sector roles.  

Chris’ career spans 30+ years including Corporate Banking with Citibank group and as a senior analyst in Corporate Finance with CIRO-member firms. An hons. B.Sc. grad who fortuitously did not proceed to his master’s and Ph.D. studies in organic and biochemistry at U. Waterloo, he continued with grad studies in finance and economics at Queens. He holds CFA and the Partners, Directors and Officers (PDO) designations and serves on boards of arts and culture groups in the Toronto area.
