He is a Chartered Accountant with over 40 years of experience in senior executive roles for small and medium size enterprises in Canada, the UK and the USA. This included serving as President, CFO, and Chief Restructuring Officer for companies in the manufacturing, retail, franchise, wholesale distribution, consulting, real estate, and technology sectors.
Bill’s career has been focused on organizations with significant challenges and opportunities in the areas of start up, operational improvement, purchase/sale, financial management and refinancing, and corporate reorganizations. This included public and private companies ranging in size from just a few employees to hundreds of employees.
In the course of refinancing companies over this career, Bill has worked extensively with commercial and asset based lenders within the Canadian banking system, as well as government lending agencies. This has also included developing unique products and packages that partnered the company with its lender and government.
