HR4U is specifically tailored/designed to service the small business and startups community (1 to 50 employees). Typically, companies we help don’t have enough Human Resources experience; this leads to spending countless hours researching labour legislation, writing policies and forms themselves; ultimately, taking them away from their core business focus. And that’s where we come in.
Darryl Dioso is a Managing Partner at HR4U and the Founder of Resource Management Solutions Group (RMSG). For close to 20 years, Darryl has been helping company clients like Xerox, Weight Watchers, Discount Car Rentals, BC Ferries with their recruitment, Human Resource Management, business processes and sales initiatives. He is passionate about sales, business, technology, sports, travel and most of all – his family.
Tim’s strong conviction is that your people are your most important asset and your most critical source of differentiation. As your business partner, Tim always starts his work with a client by developing a “big picture” understanding of the person or organization. His unique experience across 20 industries, 4 continents and businesses from small family run to multinational global brands, brings you an invaluable wholistic & experts’ perspective. Tim works with clients by providing them with leadership and business development skills, delivered through a combination of coaching , consulting, and training.
